Helping the Construction Industry Roll into a Brighter Era with Enhanced Truck Tire Technology

TBC Brands has officially announced the launch of a new Power King Navitrac medium radial truck tire portfolio, which comes decked up with an ability to offer durable tread compounds, retreadable casing, and fulfill standard industry size requirements. According to certain reports, the stated portfolio packs together six power lines with sizes ranging from 17.5-in. regional all-position to a 385/65R22.5 wide-based mixed service. Talk about the same on a slightly deeper level, we begin from Navitrac NRS20. A regional all-position line, the stated component is specifically created for on-highway steer and trailer positions. Markedly enough, it delivers on that responsibility through a broad five-rib tread pattern for handling, stability, and wide circumferential grooves to evacuate water from the tread area. Next up, we have Navitrac NLT22 – Line-Haul/Regional Trailer Tire. This one is designed for those on-highway trailer applications, applications where it leverages the power of five-rib pattern and shallow tread to reduce irregular wear, as well as optimize casing for the purpose of reducing rolling resistance and solid shoulder ribs so to minimize skid wear. Moving on to Navitrac NLD25 – Closed Shoulder Drive Tire, it can fulfill, on its part, a range of line-haul and regional highway applications. At launch, the Navitrac NLD25 delivers at your disposal 27/32nds tread depth and 230 mm tread width for tread life, stability and resistance to uneven wear with tread blocks for traction and resistance to tread squirm.

“TBC Brands is dedicated to providing products of the highest quality and value to our customers,” said Bill Schafer, chief operating officer for TBC Brands and TBC International. “From steer, all-position and trailer to mixed service tread design, we reimagined the Power King Navitrac commercial truck tire portfolio to optimize quality, appearance and performance, at a competitive price point.”

Hold on, there is more, considering we still haven’t acknowledged the presence of Navitrac NRD28 – Regional Drive Tire. Navitrac NRD28 – Regional Drive Tire is tasked with the responsibility to facilitate regional and local highway and mixed service applications, To do so, the tire markedly banks upon an open shoulder tread design for self-cleaning and traction, sipes for wet grip, and deep tread depth for tread life. Another component we cannot go without mention would be the Navitrac NMA20 – Mixed Service All-Position Tire, which is geared towards on- and off-road applications. Keeping that in mind, the line features a cut/chip resistance, along with a four-rib design to minimize stone retention, Not just that, there is also a set of shoulder notches available for traction in rough terrain, and it arrives in conjunction with a deep tread design and compound for tread life. Rounding up highlights is the Navitrac NMS20 – Mixed Service Wide Base that is capable of providing traction for both on and off-road applications. Furthermore, the Navitrac NMS20 is also engineered to handle severe service applications, such as heavy construction, while simultaneously boasting elements like deep tread depth for tread life and a four-belt package to deliver resistance against shocks and penetration.
